We are going on a picnic hike for finishing our Fitness 300 (minutes of exercise) challenge.
We want to choice a food from each food group. Here is our picnic options;
Meats/ beans/Grains/Cheese/ Dairy
Tuna fish, with mayonnaise, on whole wheat, (cheddar cheese optional)
poly-o string cheese, yogurt
Veggie/ Fruit
banana (potassium, helps restore muscles), watermelon, apples
Of course we must have liquids too
vitamin water (red, orange, yellow)
notes: Bring walkie-talkie's, long pants, sweatshirt (jacket), sneakers or hiking boots. Water bottle, paper plates, paper cups, napkins and in lunch bags, a small back pack, first aid kit.
